New Music Recommendation of the Week

Switchfoot - Oh! Gravity.SWITCHFOOT – Oh! Gravity. It was 1997 when I was thumbing through a sample box of CD’s and found Switchfoot hiding under a pile of Christian rock mediocrity. I’m my office I listened to a couple of songs and wondered at the lyrical depth of the then 19 year old surf punks from San Diego. 10 years later, Switchfoot has released their best work ever. The songwriting has continued to mature and these guys now rock with confidence and authority. I’m guessing this project will reach it’s zenith in early Spring when we’re all hungry to roll down our windows and blow out our six inch car stereo speakers with some feel good rock-n-roll. Christmas Show in Nashville

Good Cup Christmas Time for the last Nashville show of 2006. Come hang out with me and my friends at THE GOOD CUP if you’re in the area. The concert will be chocked full of opportunities to sing along with some of your Christmas favorites. Plus I’ll give a free CD to anyone who shows up dressed as Santa, an Elf, or a Wiseman!

Merry JingleChristmaSnow.
