The longer my hair gets the more OBVIOUSLY grey it is. So I go to war inside – I actually really dig it. I earned every grey hair and the salt and pepper vibe blends nicely with all the black and white I wear. BUT – there is this constant reminder. I live and work in a realy young world. This is a world that calls my Grey Crown a Curse.
So, I am a 36 year old at war within himself. Do I look older than I really am? Do I act younger than I really am? I know this: I’ve still got daring, and I’ve still got dreams. Still got me 2 wishes and 8 lives to redeem. I still got swagger and I still got style. Still got enough leg for another mile. And tonight I’m feeling restless and impulsive and unwise. So baby take my hand before this moment dies.

MICHAEL OLSON – WHERE FEAR AND FAITH COLLIDE. I really love this record. Yes, this is a selfish post becuase I co-wrote three songs on the CD but I’m telling you, I REALLY dig it. I can’t always say that about the places my songs end up but this is a record I want to give to all my friends. From powerful worship anthems like “God is With Us” and “On the Third Day” to the genuinely moving “Our First Love” and “Tell Me Again” this record is defnintely worth the $9.90 download from iTunes. WORSHIP CENTRAL PODCAST – I stumbled across this great podcast the other day I wanted to share with ya. Many of you have heard me introducing the worship song “God of Justice” over the last year. It’s a Tim Hughes song that I found on his passionforyourname website. PassionforYourName has now become WORSHIP CENTRAL and it’s full of great resources, challenge and inspiration for worship leaders and worship writers.
